Regulatory Exam Manager, FLRC RMS - VP (Finance)



Who we are looking for

A VP within IT Regulatory Management Services (RMS) in NA who will be responsible for running a robust, optimized, and effective program to facilitate the effective management of regulatory exams at State Street. This role with be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of key examinations globally across State Street that require strong relationship management skills, ability to effectively interact with senior executives, oversee all inquiries, key stakeholder meetings, coordinate artifact and deliverables, and closure of examinations.

What you will be responsible for

  • The end-to-end lifecycle of key examinations globally across State Street.
  • Closely collaborate with Technology teams and risk and control stakeholders across the lines of defense, both globally and regionally.
  • Working closely with various stakeholders simultaneously to deliver multiple asks within very short turnaround times,
  • ability to effectively interact with senior executives, oversee all inquiries, key stakeholder meetings, coordinate artifact and deliverables, and closure of examinations.
  • Drive improvements in how we manage the exam management process.
  • Assist with driving a culture of risk and control management, transparency, and accountability
  • Keeps up to date on relevant policy, standards and regulatory requirements

  • Experience with GRC platforms a plus (Archer, Open Pages, etc.)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint skills necessary.
  • Strong written and spoken English ability

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in business, technology or equivalent
  • Relevant industry experience (5-10 years) in technology risk management, audit or compliance
  • Background in MIS, Technology Infrastructure and/or development
  • Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISSP, etc.)

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $187,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
