Body Technician (Maintenance)

What Youll Do
Perform body and paint repairs on Company owned and leased equipment. Assist mechanics in day to day operations and vehicle repairs in an efficient, timely, and safe manner.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Body Technician.Strong knowledge of paint mixing and color matching.Proficient in Fiberglass repairs.Must have some knowledge of Diesel Engines and Chassis. Must maintain current AZ Drivers License.

Responsibilities & Duties
Inspect, maintain, and repair body/paint damage to all company owned and/or operated equipment to ensure fleet is within DOT and company operational standards. Make simple repairs and adjustments, remove, and replace parts, as necessary.Record work hours and parts used on a work order for any and all tasks performed. Identify next level or warranty repairs and escalate to the appropriate support entity.Must keep work area clean and comply with all safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment when appropriate (using chemicals and solvents, welding, hammering, or working under equipment).Assist in maintenance of fuel island and performing chassis repairs. Perform other mechanical / technical shop duties and special shop related projects or anything deemed necessary by management.
