Job Description
As a Senior Software engineer, the candidate will be responsible for the design, architecture and support of tools/services that allows application engineers to focus just on coding/developing the application while everything else happens automatically in the background, including continuous integration, continuous monitoring, continuous deployment to staging, rules-based promotion to dev, stage, alpha, beta, and production environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong influence on designing and implementing our monitoring tools across On-Prem and Cloud initiatives, working side-by-side with our C4Es& Application Development teams. This is a hands-on technical role but with a high degree of collaboration to drive cultural change and raise the maturity levels of the Continuous Delivery practices.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and deploying software applications and modules; Strong experience in implementing full stack monitoring using Appdynamics Experience in deploying Java applications EAR, WAR, JAR's on Weblogic, JBOSS, Tomcat application servers running on Linux, Windows, OpenShift Containers. Strong experience in implementing Synthetic Monitoring to enable service availability monitoring for internal and external applications. Strong experience in implementing Health Rules, Dashboards and Alerts to monitor application Performance proactively.
