The Role:
We are actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for our new primary care clinic in Christianburg, VA starting in July 2025.This individual will care for a patient population which includes county employees, retirees and their families.
In this role, youll work within a value-based care model, where you have the time to truly connect with and care for your patients. With appointment slots of 30 minutes and 1 hour, youll have the space to ensure better care coordination, improved compliance, and, ultimately, healthier patients. Youll also enjoy a manageable administrative load, with ample time for charting and no work to take home in the evening. Additionally, you'll be supported by a dedicated team who will assist you in providing top-tier patient care. Monday - Friday, no late clinics, no weekends, no after-hours charting and NO CALL.
