Senior Director, Global Health--HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis (Project Management)
Summary
The Senior Director for HIV and TB provides overall strategic leadership, program development, implementation, monitoring and accountability of Save the Children's work in HIV and TB. The Senior Director collaborates with Department of Global Health (DGH) leaders to define the strategic direction, ensure program quality, identify and secure funding opportunities, and guide efforts to achieve results at scale. Globally, this position serves as a key advocate and spokesperson for HIV & TB on behalf of Save the Children US (SCUS). The Senior Director leads and manages a team of technical advisors and project management staff at the headquarters and field levels to ensure program quality; oversee program learning and innovation; and collaborate and mobilize resources to achieve overall HIV and TB program objectives.
