Home Health Aide (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Home Health Aide who can assist with our female client who resides in the Walpole area.

Available Shifts:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
