Industrial Branch Manager (Finance)
Job Description
The Industrial Branch Manager position is accountable for ensuring the safe, cost effective and efficient day-to-day management of their assigned area and for the financial results of the branch. This position is accountable for exceptional service delivery as well as consistent and optimal customer experience. This position is accountable for developing and executing a one-year business plan with a view to safe operations, excellent customer service, employee retention, enhance financial performance and growth of the business.
Responsibilities
The Industrial Branch Manager position is accountable for ensuring the safe, cost effective and efficient day-to-day management of their assigned area and for the financial results of the branch. Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years of Industrial Services experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- 3+ years of full Profit & Loss management experience.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver a 1-year business plan.
- Demonstrated managerial leadership, with the ability to drive organizational value.
- Experience working within a unionized environment (preferred, where applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM databases.
- Hands-on field experience preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a track record of exceptional service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, high-energy professional who exemplifies integrity and team focus.
- Commitment to meeting job demands, including availability beyond typical business hours as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned, in all inclement weather conditions.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Capable of standing, walking, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling as needed for extended periods.
