Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our Oklahoma City office. Relocation and/or sponsorship cannot be offered.

What you'll do:
The IT Manager, Development leads the design, development, and delivery of scalable, software solutions that align with enterprise goals. This role blends technical leadership with people management, driving innovation through modern engineering practices such as DevSecOps, Agile, and test-driven development. The manager is responsible for fostering a high-performing development team, championing cloud-first strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across the software lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in cloud platforms, software architecture, and team leadership.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field required (4 years of experience, in addition to requirement below, may be considered in lieu of required education)
  • 7+ years in software development or engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies and modern development practices.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role, with proven success in leading cloud development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevSecOps pipelines.
  • Strong background in Java or similar languages, with experience managing vendor and contract development resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technical execution with business outcomes in a fast-paced, agile environment.
