Vice President Growth - Retail (Finance)
The VP, Retail Executive Strategy & Operations acts as a strategic partner to the CEO of Retail, partnering on the development of retail strategy, ensuring the execution of key initiatives, optimizing organizational effectiveness, and facilitating communication across leadership teams. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and executive-level project management.
Job Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
• Partner with the Retail CEO to define and execute strategic priorities.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
• Serve as a key advisor, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations on business decisions.
• Develop executive communications, board materials, and leadership meetings in partnership with the team.
• Drive organizational alignment by coordinating initiatives across departments and functions.
• Monitor key performance metrics and ensure progress toward strategic goals.
• Function as a liaison between the Retail CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and follow-through

Job Requirements:
Education/ Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in retail, strategy, operations, or corporate leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, influence at senior levels, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate with discretion, integrity, and executive presence.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Work Environment:
Hybrid Role:
• This position follows a hybrid schedule working in office (TBD) days per week. The acceptable split between onsite and remote work is determined by the manager. Hybrid associates may choose to work from an office on a more frequent basis than required.
Travel:
• This position may require the associate to travel to retail partner locations, retail stores, company offices, distribution centers, or other locations for specific meetings or other business reasons.
