SALARY:
Starting at $48,000 annually; compensation will be determined based on qualifications and relevant experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the execution of services for CCA products on assigned accountsMaintain excellent relationships with clients and consistently provide top of the line customer serviceProactively identify potential client hiccups and creative effective solutions to mitigate potential issuesMaximize customer success through prompt responses and periodic follow up on your clients' ROISuccessfully manage internal departmental workflowMonitor timeline, quality and accuracy of production to ensure client mail dates requirements are metEnsure that all postal mailing regulations are executedPrompt client billingSupervision of project material allowance and inventory
