Infinity Ward is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join our Tools Team. The Tools Team is responsible for maintaining the proprietary suite of tools used by our Content Creators to develop Call of Duty. As a member of the Tools Team, you'll be working with a seasoned group of engineers to improve the toolset, empowering our developers to make the best games in the industry.

What you'll do...

• Build, debug, enhance, and optimize the desktop tools and frameworks for our content teams to streamline their workflow.
• Write robust and maintainable code, documenting features where applicable
• Provide user support and troubleshooting for developed tools, helping unblock users in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed, you should have...

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working on tools/frameworks/systems with C++.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

We'd love it if you also...

• Have experience working on tools/frameworks/systems with C#.
• Have experience with UI frameworks such as Qt and WPF.
• Enjoy working with both engineers and content creators. Have engineering experience developing GUI-based tools, preferably in the fields of gaming, media, or any that mixes the technical and creative.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $30.05 - $55.59 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
