The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Lead Design Operations Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will be responsible for the coordination of packaging art production and design team operations activities within our Healthcare Corporate Marketing Group and will make an impact by:

• Leading the production and execution of artwork and small-scale design adaptation for
projects simple to complex in scope (packaging design updates, collateral, etc.)
• Driving artwork consistency and design content accuracy within the guidelines of the brand
• Collaborating across many functions/disciplines within 3M (marketing, manufacturing, legal, etc.) and with external production agencies
• Managing project estimates, budget and timelines with key partners
• Adapting and working well with defined approaches, systems and processes while driving continuous improvement to improve operational efficiency
• Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external agency partners

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND a minimum four (4) years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry

OR
  • High School Diploma AND eight (8) years of packaging graphics experience within the creative and/or printing industry

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in design, art production or graphic arts related field
• In-depth packaging design knowledge and experience with print production
• Knowledge of FDA regulation and uniform packaging laws and regulations
• Knowledge of healthcare packaging industry
• General understanding of current print processes (gravure, flexo, offset, digital, etc.)
• Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines
• Proficiency in MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Adaptable to work in a variety of systems and tools as needed
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills

Travel: May include up to 10%

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
