Position Summary
The Enhancement Manager is responsible for overseeing landscape enhancement projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for design and detail, and the ability to manage crews, budgets, and schedules effectively. The Enhancement Manager works closely with clients, Account Managers, and field teams to deliver creative and functional solutions that add value and beauty to outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all enhancement projects, from estimating and proposals through scheduling, execution, and completion.
Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to identify enhancement opportunities and develop creative solutions tailored to site needs.
Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and budgets for enhancement work, ensuring profitability targets are met.
Supervise enhancement crews, providing direction, training, and support to ensure quality workmanship and efficient project delivery.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and adjust schedules or resources as needed.
Source and manage materials, subcontractors, and vendors as required for projects.
Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and professionalism across all job sites.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by communicating clearly, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Track project performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for management review.
Stay current on industry trends, plant materials, and sustainable practices to enhance project outcomes and client value.
