About the Opportunity
The Service Desk Metrics Manager is leading a team focused on managing the business of IT. Manages the oversight of areas including: planning, analysis, reporting, establishing policies and processes for effectively managing IT investments, resources, service design, testing, deployment, support and contingency. Supports the implementation of department plans and assists in controlling resources and policy information in the technical area.
