Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Natick to assist with our senior client who is in need of support and companionship on Saturdays weekly.

Job Description:
Assist with the Activities of Living, personal careAssist with light housekeepingEncourage walking, exercisingProviding stimulating conversationActivitiesEncourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlanCompetently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphoneHome Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
