Job Description:

• Writing proposals and work with the entire team to ensure bid response is accurate and comprehensive.
• Responsible for determining the total cost of a project,
• Validating the project's Scope of Work.
• Read, organize tasks, and delegate tasks.
• Calculate pricing along with the team.
• Work with the team and vendors to obtain proper pricing for materials, equipment, and sub-contractors.
• Create graphics and tables.
• Assemble all of the above in a proper format and submit to potential client in a professional modern package.
• Occasionally this individual will need to travel to bid-walks and startups.
• This individual will also be responsible for organizing the startup, which will consist of working with management to coordinate lining-up subs, supplies, equipment, HR/recruiting, accounting, licensing, and legal/contracts.
• This position requires frequent travel. Could require travel at intervals of 30+/- days at a time in support of new contract start-ups.

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to work in cramped or high places.
• Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
