S3 has a wholly owned subsidiary, KBFS, that provides aviation pilot training, heavy lift, aircraft maintenance, and related aircraft services to Government and commercial requirements IAW multiple FAA certifications.
S3 Inc. is seeking a Senior Property Analyst t o support projects in Huntsville, AL.
Position Description : The Senior Property Analyst will provide the Project Management Office (PMO), Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) with programmatic assistance services to advance PMO ASE's mission of researching, developing, fielding, and sustaining ASE technology. The position supports that task by serving as the authoritarian source with detailed knowledge and understandings of U.S. (DOD) and (AR) logistic policies, precedent setting decisions, procedures, and regulations, particularly in the areas of property sustainability and Government Furnished Property (GFP) accountability. This includes providing technical assistance supporting PMO ASE across all twelve Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to address complex logistical and programmatic challenges. Daily requirements involve preparing, reviewing, updating, validating and revalidating source documentation impacting PMO-ASE property requirements meeting the capitalization threshold. Responsibilities include:
Education Required: Master's (MS) degree with more than 10 years' experience. In lieu of MS degree, may substitute an additional 12 years of work experience with H.S. diploma or GED (22 total), or, a Bachelor's Degree and an additional 8 years of work experience (18 total)
Security Clearance Required: Secret Clearance.
