Engineering & Projects Manager (Finance)

Job Overview: Linde Services Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled professional to lead the development and deployment of Hydrogen Mobility Solutions. This combines technical sales, project management, and sales engineering to drive adoption of hydrogen technologies across municipal, transportation, and industrial sectors. Job location is Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Primary Responsibilities include: - Serve as the primary technical liaison for hydrogen mobility projects, from conception to commissioning. - Lead customer engagement efforts, including solution presentations, technical consultations, and proposal development. - Manage cross-functional project teams to delivery hydrogen fueling infrastructure, fuel cell systems, or mobility platforms on time and within budget. - Conduct market analysis and support go-to-market strategies for hydrogen mobility offerings. - Maintain strong relationships with OEM's, fleet operators, and infrastructure partners. - Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. MBA Preferred. - 7+ years of experience in technical sales, project management, or sales engineering - preferably in hydrogen or fuel cells - Strong understanding or hydrogen production, storage, and fueling technologies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, management skills. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
