Technical Support Specialist (Finance)
Serves as subject matter expert for all technology products including, but not limited to, mobile computing solutions, being offered by Keltek
Functions as customer-facing deployment manager, including resolving any issues prohibiting project completion
Acts as primary contact for technical service tickets
Takes ownership of customer issues reported and sees problems through to resolution
Responsible for researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system and network issues both remotely and onsite
Follows standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate resource
Ensures all customer technical issues are properly documented
Stays informed of new product and solution updates in order to provide applicable recommendations to sales team and customers
Promotes company culture and work environment
Maintains regular attendance and punctuality according to assigned schedule
Other duties as needed or required
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred) in relevant technical field or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; 50% travel is required (must be able to work remotely and on the road); excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language and comfortable speaking to crowds; proficient with mobile communications systems including peripheral equipment (e.g. computer networks, optical fiber, on-site controllers, data modems, terminals, etc.); ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues; ability to build rapport with employees and vendors; organizational and time management abilities required to handle multiple systems and projects with minimal supervision; valid driver's license required
