The Compensation Analyst will report to the Compensation Manager within the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for the day-to-day adminis tration of our pay programs and policies, as well as, conducting thorough compensation analysis and audits. Requires expertise in data analysis, knowledge of compensation best practices, and an understanding of relevant laws and regulations are required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily administration of company compensation programs, including base pay and short-term incentives, such as:
Support high-volume of integrations & re-organizations by conducting job pricing and exemption testing for all positions
Audit and maintain job description library and related compensation data elements/structures within ADP
Participate in compensation surveys, conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends
Assist the Compensation Manager in executing annual merit and mid-year compensation cycles including data audits/clean-up, system setup & validation, preparing employee communications and compensation statements, and HRIS bulk uploads
Collaborate with HRIS & Finance teams to ensure accurate compensation data reporting
Support HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and managers in making effective & equitable pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines
Prepare ad-hoc compensation and budget reports for management
Ensure company compliance with applicable compensation regulations and laws including reporting requirements
