Customer Service Representative - Rosemont, IL (Finance)
Customer Service Call Center Representative who handles inbound calls, ACH Phone Payments and other general servicing activities. Provides timely, adequate and satisfactory phone coverage and service levels.
Assist clients with Customer Service related and defined functions, including answering inbound client calls for ACH phone payments, general servicing related questions including general questions related to escrow, taxes and insurance as well as payment options and billing information.
Participates in department daily functions and duties, including mailed payment processing, processing of HEAT tickets (Internal Task assignment System), set up of ACH monthly payments.
