Great Opportunity

An ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in the hands-on management and have the demonstrated ability to maintain the physical asset, maximize cash flow and long-term value, while successfully leading all team members to achieve company goals. This position is responsible for all aspects of management including liaison between owners and property management staff, monitoring property performance, preparing annual budgets, inspecting properties, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Candidate must have strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Property Management Regional Leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of property operations.
  • Ability to understand and execute business plans for properties.
  • Ability to provide leadership, mentorship, and training of on-site team members.
  • Strong understanding and execution of landlord tenant statues and legislation.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Computer and Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build professional relationship partners.
