Experience Operations Specialist (Finance)

Role Summary:

The Experience Operations Specialist is an independent contributor at Chubb, responsible for leading a comprehensive range of activities within the Global Experience & Design organization. This role ensures continuity, governance, vendor management, financial excellence, and community engagement across all experience and design initiatives.

What You Will Do:

• Contract Management: Support the renewal and negotiation processes for contracts with strategic vendors.
• Budget Development and Management: Create and oversee budgets for the Experience portfolio, implement chargeback models, and effectively communicate these charges to product owners. Collaborate with leadership to ensure financial alignment and accountability.
• Vendor Relationship Facilitation: Act as a liaison to foster productive conversations and relationships with strategic vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Invoice Processing Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Purchase Requisition/Order and invoicing processes within Chubb, utilizing the Coupa purchasing system. Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained throughout the lifecycle and maintain accountability for timely processing and reporting of invoices.
• Community Development Leadership: Spearhead the development of community communications, including newsletters, surveys, communities of practice, and website content, to enhance engagement and collaboration.
• SharePoint Library Stewardship: Maintain and enhance the organization of our SharePoint library, ensuring files are stored efficiently and categorized appropriately for easy access.
