Federal Work-Study| Compliance Assistant, Institutional Effectiveness (Finance)
Department: Institutional Effectiveness Salary: $12.00 per hour Description:
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is seeking a federal work study student to assist with the UHD reaffirmation process.
Duties:
Collaborates and/or supports the office in uploading UHD SACSCOC compliance certification reports and associated evidence in Anthology product called 'Compliance Assist.'
Assists with updates and correcting problems within the system
Identifies and prioritizes incoming questions or problems related to the system, triaging/escalating technical issues in a timely manner via ticketing system, email, phones, and/or chat with Anthology
Recommends, maintains, and updates user profiles and templates in Compliance Assist
Contributes to team meetings and discussions, sharing insights and ideas to support project goals and objectives
Demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining professionalism in all interactions
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Should be a self-starter, detail-oriented problem solver
Written and spoken communication will be critical, and it will help to be adept at working electronically, which includes typing quickly and accurately and the capability within the Microsoft software suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Qualifications:
Must be a current UHD student
Must have been awarded federal college work-study from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid
This opportunity is intended for students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science or a related field.
