💼 What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate changes
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families

• Active California LVN license
