Conduct market research on customers, their component lines and maintenance needs. Consults with customers and makes recommendations on CHI products and services.
Create cost estimates, or rough order of magnitude (ROM) information for submission to customers/potential customers.
Performs all account management activities for their customer base, including daily ERP activities to maintain on-going tracking of outstanding quotes and communicate with customers to obtain approvals.
Verify customer PO requirements to the Repair Station capabilities to ensure requirements can be met.
Update monthly, quarterly and annual forecast for their customer base and component lines.
Provide information to the Contracts Manager to enable draft proposals with (ROM) pricing for commercial or foreign military opportunities.
Travel to customer locations, or trade shows to strengthen customer understanding and build working relationships and deliver sales presentations as required.
Communicates customer requirements to assigned program managers.
Works with the CSAM to create and implement a sales strategy for the assigned customers in order to reach agreed revenue targets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
A&P license preferred.
Seven years' relevant industry experience in aviation sales or marketing role.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with difficult customers or situations in a positive and professional manner are required.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Maintain a working knowledge of ITAR and FCPA compliance requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills.
Exhibits strong presentation skills, and is an effective communicator.
Understanding of AS9100, AS9110 Quality Standards as pertinent to the CHI Repair Station.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to travel up to 25% of total time. Travel may be either domestic and/or international.
Ability to travel internationally.
Must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as a U.S. Person.
