Position Summary:
The Grant Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the organizations grant funding portfolio, from new funder prospect research, collaborative grant completion, to final reporting and grantor stewardship. The Grant Manager will lead the administration of the grant program to include managing grant portfolios, requests for proposal development, application review, grantee communications and relationship management, and report review.
