Job Summary
This position is responsible for remodeling offices, moving furniture, assembling furniture, and other general maintenance work.

Moves heavy furniture, office equipment, supplies and records Assembles furnitureGeneral clean-up of Tribal facilitiesSweeping and shoveling sidewalksPaintingAssist for set-up and clean-up of Tribal eventsMowing, trimming, shoveling, etc

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or a combination of education and experience in a related field may be substituted for a degree
Experience
Knowledge and experience with basic maintenance tools
Preferred
Knowledge and experience working with cultural diversities
Maintenance and carpentry experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, or obtain training within 90 days of hireConducts business in a service-oriented manner that is attentive, pleasant, respectful and kind when dealing with unina, visitors, co-workers and othersAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively
