Assistant Dining Services Director (Food Services)
Located in the heart of World Golf Village, Westminster St. Augustine, a Life Plan Community, is currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Director of Dining Services to work on a full-time basis. This individual assists the Dining Services Director in planning, coordination and implementation of the quality dining program for residents, staff and guests. In addition, they will oversee the services component of the dining program in all of the dining areas within the community. At the discretion of Administration, the Assistant Dining Service Director may be required to act as the interim Dining Service Director in the event of their absence or vacant position.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Certified Dietary Manager or College Degree in related subject required. 5 Years similar experience in a high volume, hospitality oriented and customer service focused environment. Must be ServSafe certified or have the ability to become certified within 90 days of date of hire.
Experience and Basic Knowledge: Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office. Proficiency with data-base types of menu systems for menu forecasting, menu building and recipe creation. Supervisory Leadership
Requirements: Ability to hold effective meetings. Ability to learn computer programs as defined by Westminster Communities of Florida. Ability to work as a member of the dining services management team.
Physical and Environmental Requirements and sensory and communicative activities involve: Finger Dexterity, Grasping, Reaching, Standing, Sitting, Lifting (up to 50 lbs.), Bending, Walking, Hearing, Speaking, Seeing, Manual Dexterity, Tasting, Smelling
An individual in this position will be exposed to:
Inside/Outside environmental conditions, bloodborne pathogens, respiratory infections
Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress of this position
