Application Specialist Team Lead - Deposits (Finance)
Lead/Primary Responsibility for coordinating conversion of acquired Financial Institutions to Deposit Applications. Conversions require subject matter expert knowledge of the following FIS IBS Insight Applications/Sub-systems: DDA, Savings, NOW, MMA, IRA, HSA, CD's, DESA, OAC, CIS, Funds Transfer, Safe Deposit Box, ACH, GL Interface, Customer Forms, Deposit Origination, Customer documents such as New Account Forms, Disclosures, Fee Schedules, Common Bank Control & Deposit Bank Control. Also required: Ability to author sophisticated BIC reports, do in-depth testing of new products & features, train users on system features, and provide ongoing 2 nd & 3 rd level support to Retail Staff & CDO. Work with SVP of Deposit Applications to provide team oversight & mentoring & implement best practices.
