Temporary Office Assistant - 12 months - Employee Health and Wellbeing Clinic (6531) (Administrative)

We are seeking a temporary Office Assistant to:
Education:
Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent
Work Experience:
Preferred – One year of experience in an administrative support role.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, temporary (12 months) position scheduled to Monday through Friday between 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. There is the potential for weekend shifts. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
