Marketing (pc G&a) - Field Marketing Strategist (Finance)

About the Role:

You will:

  • Design and implement local marketing strategies that align with overall brand and business objectives to increase market share, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility in key markets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize local marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, digital marketing, direct mail, local partnerships, and in-store promotions.
  • Work closely with local sales teams to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and create marketing programs that support sales targets and drive customer engagement.
  • Organize and manage local events, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other field marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and other key stakeholders to amplify marketing efforts and drive customer engagement.
  • Develop localized marketing content, including promotional materials, digital ads, social media posts, and email campaigns tailored to the needs of specific markets.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to understand local customer needs, competitor activities, and trends, using insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

  • Ensure all marketing activities align with overall Hajoca standards and messaging to maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
  • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a closely related discipline or equivalent work experience.

  • 5 or more years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar type of role.

  • Have a strong understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales processes.
  • Have proven experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with local partners.
  • Possess a data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Be a creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
  • Be familiar with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

  • Have experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Be a highly motivated and detail-oriented self-starter who can multi-task and respond to changing work activities with short deadlines.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages.
  • Possess leadership qualities and be viewed as a leader.
