B.HOM Property Operations Specialist (Project Management)

Responsible for supporting operations with all aspects of property set up and helpdesk requests. The B.HOM Property Operations Specialist will track and support multiple areas to ensure all system platforms are set up and monitored for each location while complying with policy and procedures. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supports the needs of multiple departments by answering questions through the Helpdesk queue within the standards set by the operations agreements and provides support for multiple platforms
  • Completes procedures for assuring the quality of new and existing applications and platforms through validation and monitoring   
  • Manages set up of properties based on set standards for upcoming acquisitions
  • Analyze incoming reporting and parameters for accuracy prior to migration
  • Handle all set up of assignments, set up of reporting packets, etc for the new acquisitions
  • Track timeliness of daily submissions and deadlines
  • Manage and update Entrata report packages as reporting changes within the platform
  • Tracks issues and enhancements for existing platforms
  • Validates and tests new or updated applications
  • Supports operations departments with maintaining data structure, entering data and maintaining data  
  • Ensures data consistency and help monitor integrity of data

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Enrata, PowerPoint, Zoom and Outlook  
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in property management operations with knowledge of on-site programs and services

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.

This job generally operates in a professional office environment, but may also occasionally operate in an outdoor environment.  While performing the duties of this job, employees must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, occasionally move about the office, constantly operate a computer and other office equipment,  communicate regularly and effectively with others, both written and verbally, and may occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

The ability and means to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
