Fleet Administrator (Project Management)

SUMMARY
The Fleet Administrator is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Fleet Management team. This role focuses on ensuring efficient fleet operations by handling various clerical and administrative tasks, such as maintaining fuel reports, vehicle records, and assisting with supporting documentation. The Fleet Administrator plays a vital role in keeping the fleet operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vehicle Documentation: Maintain and organize vehicle records, including registration renewals, titles, and other necessary documentation.Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all fleet vehicles are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, including monitoring registration, inspection, and insurance renewal deadlines.Fleet Data Management: Update and maintain the fleet management system with accurate data, including vehicle details, driver assignments, and GPS monitoring.Support Coordination Team: Collaborate with the Fleet Coordinator by assisting with administrative tasks related to scheduling, vehicle tracking, and driver records.Cost Reporting: Report fleet-related expenses, including fuel costs, tolls, and repairs.Driver Assistance: Provide administrative support to drivers, answering questions related to vehicle assignments, documentation and fuel concerns.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or fleet management role.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fleet management software.
