About the Role

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager, Global Campaigns to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading the development and execution of global marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital channels, to drive brand awareness and employee engagement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in both external marketing and internal communications, and will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing efforts with A&M's global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with A&M's global strategy and tailoring them to local market needs.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, particularly in digital channels.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders, managing high-level relationships and ensuring strategic alignment.
    • Build consensus across departments to drive successful marketing initiatives.
  • People Management:
    • Mentor and develop a team of junior staff, providing regular feedback and supporting their professional growth.
    • Ensure alignment with global team practices and processes.
  • Brand Awareness & Engagement:
    • Collaborate with regional GTM Leaders to enhance A&M's brand presence externally and drive internal engagement.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels that reflects A&M's values and market position.
  • Agency Collaboration:
    • Work with external agencies to execute marketing strategies, ensuring quality output and brand alignment.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Develop comprehensive analytics and reporting systems to track campaign performance.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and optimize future campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Measure and report on marketing activities, adjusting plans based on performance metrics.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Maintain a consistent brand approach across all marketing and communications materials.
  • Support Corporate Initiatives:
    • Contribute to corporate marketing efforts, including collateral development, thought leadership content, and event participation.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns. Experience in professional or financial services is a must.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Expertise in digital marketing, including digital advertising, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Account Engagement, and Drupal is advantageous.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex marketing initiatives and multiple senior stakeholders.

Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
