Senior Director of Design, UGG Apparel & Accessories (Legal)
Under the direction of the GM Apparel & Accessories, responsible for directing and influencing the design direction for global apparel & accessory categories for UGG, taking innovative product ideas from concept to market. Leverage omnichannel consumer insights, trend, brand and category strategies, and merchandising requirements to define each season's creative product vision and visual vocabulary in support of UGG's financial goals and strategic brand positioning.
Partner closely with category and omnichannel peers to maximize UGG's expression in the market through the design of best-in-class product that unlocks brand value, inspires consumer engagement, and delivers commercial results. Ensure cohesion of design across product categories. Collaborate with Womens and Mens Footwear Design leadership to ensure brand expression in apparel is consistent with brand/seasonal direction of footwear.
