Industrial Testing Technician (Maintenance)

Doctors of Physical Therapy is currently hiring a part time Industrial Testing Technician. This position is for 8 hours per week. This role will work 1 day per week (your choice!) to perform work readiness testing with prospective employees of a leading American company in an industrial setting.

This position will be trained and supported to perform work ready assessments using the Worksteps model. We assist with providing a safer, healthier, more productive workforce from hire to retire for our clients.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:

Understand and comply with proper documentation requirements.
Ensure timely, professional, and clear communication with management teams and WorkStep clients.
Manage scheduling of WorkStep clients.
Manage and document the functional job testing of each WorkStep client.
Document health history of each WorkStep client.
Work with management team to evaluate growth opportunities for WorkSteps program.
Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications:

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience working with worker comp cases is a plus
