Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) contributes to the organization's performance by formulating effective partnerships across MHM departments and the HR department to deliver value-added services to management and employees. The HRBP provides advice, guidance and resources to employees and business area leadership on matters relating to human resources to include organizational development strategies, company policies, procedures, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, training, investigations, and employee engagement.
Essential Duties:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or other related fields required. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred. Three (3) years of experience in human resources, training/development and employee relations.
Competencies:
Bilingual Spanish Proficiency: None
Computer Skills: Demonstrates working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
Travel Requirements: Up to 15%
