Service Forman (Maintenance)

But reaching the next stage of our growth requires a keen focus on developing our technician team. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and support to shop technicians, field technicians, and delivery drivers.Works with technicians on managing both billable and expense hours.Works with technicians and vendors insuring that our technicians are fully trained on appropriate equipment.Works closely and communicates with service/ parts manager on the day-to-day business to ensure best possible outcomes in challenges and issues that may arise in the day-to-day business.Works with service writer to make sure service quotes are accurate, and timely.Works with dispatch to ensure our customers are being taken care of in a professional and timely manner.Works with service biller to ensure that our customers are being treated fairly and that Norlift is successful in billing all hours that are fair and honest.Works with parts team to ensure that they have all the tools and knowledge to take care of our customers and make their jobs as stress free and successful as possible.

Requirements:
High school diploma (or equivalent)Valid Drivers License1+ years as a manager/leaderMechanically InclinedExceptional people skillsWorks well with co-workers and customersExcellent communication skills (face-to-face, telephonic, and written)Computer literateAble to pass a background check and drug screening, this is a safety sensitive position and will test for cannabis
