Distribution Staffing Coordinator - Greensboro (Administrative)
Distribution Staffing Coordinator leverages a variety of resources and tools to attract and fill open positions within our distribution centers. This includes managing internal and external requisitions through our applicant tracking system, selects and schedules quality candidates for interviews, partners with Talent Acquisition for recruiting/marketing support, and assists in onboarding new associates.
Additional responsibilities include:
leverages Publix employer brand to attract quality job seekers
conducts initial candidate screenings and provides realistic job previews to candidates
analyzes data to identify trends and best practices for staffing
identifies and builds partnerships with community organizations to promote Publix
attends local career fairs, high schools, outreach events to help develop talent pipelines

High School diploma or its equivalent
at least one (1) year or more experience in an administrative role
basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
excellent customer service and communication skills; verbal and written
ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume warehouse environment
excellent organizational and time management skills
ability to maintain confidential information
excellent analytical and decision-making skills
willingness to work a variable work schedule that includes nights, holidays, and weekends as needed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
three (3) or more years' experience in an administrative role and/or one (1) year experience in an entry-level recruiting role
intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
basic knowledge of Microsoft Access
intermediate using applicant tracking systems; BrassRing
