Customer Success Specialist (Creative Design)
IntelliTrans, (ITL), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Conway, Arkansas. This position is a full-time in office, 5 days a week. Hybrid schedule will be considered after 6 months of training.
IntelliTrans is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help support one of our Global Fortune 500 customers. In this entry-level role, you'll work closely with both our internal team and the customer to ensure smooth onboarding, successful adoption of our services, and ongoing support of day-to-day transportation and logistics operations. This position is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in customer service, supply chain, and transportation management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience: 2-3 years in Customer Service or Logistics
