Warehouse Manager - Cincinnati, OH (Finance)

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for general warehouse tasks. This will include, but is not limited to, duties related to picking and packing orders, shipping and receiving, facility and property maintenance, and other duties assigned.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee the receiving warehousing, and distribution of all warehouse products
  • Ensure the control center is maintained, including the picking of orders in the system and allocation of items
  • Manage all outbound orders and regional distributions
  • Ensure order accuracy on all outbound orders
  • Ensure that all orders are stages in the correct location
  • Manage all inbound products from both job-return, regional transfers, and vendor orders
  • Ensure proper paperwork is received, including pickup tickets and transfer paperwork
  • Ensure accurate return quantities, communicating discrepancies to the appropriate party
  • Complete weekly cycle counts and research discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the fleet department for any upcoming needs, such as additional tools from outer regions or purchasing
  • Work with the procurement team to identify inventory needed to fulfill upcoming orders and distributions
  • Organize the warehouse and ensure bin locations are correct
  • Meet or exceed KPI set for the warehouse
  • Responsible for management of warehouse support staff

What You Will Bring:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or related field
