Restaurant Event Coordinator - The Diplomat Beach Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton (Finance)
Located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale this hotel is an iconic beachfront destination. With 1000 guestrooms, 209,000 square feet of meeting space and 6 dining opportunities including the Diplomat Prime - South Florida's Award-Winning Boutique Steakhouse.
Our ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in selling and/or coordinating events for restaurants or venues.
Shift Pattern: The position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00am - 5:00pm. However, full availability including weekends and holidays - is required based on the hotel's business needs and occupancy levels.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour and commission.

What will I be doing?:
• Solicit and respond to companies, organizations, and individuals regarding private event inquiries at the hotel and restaurants
• Coordinate all aspects of private events to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service
• Work closely with internal departments to fulfill event requirements and exceed guest expectations
• Ensure events are executed smoothly to satisfy customer needs and enhance the guest experience
• Maximize hotel revenue and profitability through effective event planning and upselling opportunities
