Lead Customer Experience Professional (Finance)



You will report directly to our Sr Director of Customer Experience and you'll work out of our Rosemont, IL, Charlotte, NC, or Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.

  • 6 years of proven experience in driving customer experience initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in customer journey mapping and experience management.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Drive customer experience initiatives to optimize processes and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage precious metals end to end activities, ensuring goods are available to manufacture Customer sales order (purchase or coordinate delivery with the customer)
  • Coordinate activities with the Customer base and manufacturing locations
  • Create proforma invoices and credit memos as needed

The annual base salary range for this position is $110K - $140K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
