IT Program Manager (Information Technology)

How will you make an Impact?

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO) under the Global IT Data and AI Delivery team. This role is critical in driving the successful Data and AI demand intake, planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects and programs that enable business transformation through data and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT initiatives—particularly in data, analytics, and AI. This role requires strategic thinking, rigorous execution, and the ability to collaborate across business, technical, and executive teams in a global matrixed environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project/program management for Data & AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
  • Work independently on projects/programs of any size, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation, ensure project scope and costs are agreed upon by stakeholders.
  • Conduct internal and vendor inquiries related to the development of technology or capability to meet current and projected business needs.
  • Manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality within the project and across multiple interrelated projects if necessary.
  • Establish and promote project governance, risk management, and issue resolution practices.
  • Collaborate closely with data governance, engineering, analytics, AI product teams, and AI Compliance.
  • Communicate project status and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adoption of PMO standards, tools, and best practices across the Data & AI portfolio, and drive continuous improvements through virtual PMO network.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively, making customer issues a priority
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
  • Understand and embrace the global IT strategic direction
  • Enforce and follow all procedures and policies within IT and the company.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by superior.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
  • 10+ years of IT project/program management experience, with 5+ years managing enterprise-level data and analytics projects.
  • Background in software development, product management, or business analysis is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, governance, and AI technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global and matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
  • Advanced Agile certifications and Product Management certifications are a plus.
