Redwood Cove Healthcare Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to step into the role of Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (DOR). This is an exciting leadership opportunity to guide our rehab department and ensure excellent outcomes for our residents.

- Drive departmental performance, clinical excellence, and financial success
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience highly valued
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
