What Will You Be Doing?
As Hotel Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager and the driving force behind daily operations, leading a high-performing team with heart and precision. You will:
- Oversee hotel operations and all key guest-facing departments, including Food & Beverage
- Champion service excellence and quality assurance processes
- Drive profitability and guest satisfaction metrics
- Lead as acting GM in their absence
- Collaborate closely with ownership and Hilton leadership
- Hire, mentor, and develop top-tier talent
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of director level experience managing multiple departments or 5+ years of director level experience managing a single department
- Strong Rooms and/or Food and Beverage background
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at resort properties
- Hilton brand experience
