What Will You Be Doing?
As Hotel Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager and the driving force behind daily operations, leading a high-performing team with heart and precision. You will:

  • Oversee hotel operations and all key guest-facing departments, including Food & Beverage
  • Champion service excellence and quality assurance processes
  • Drive profitability and guest satisfaction metrics
  • Lead as acting GM in their absence
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and Hilton leadership
  • Hire, mentor, and develop top-tier talent

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of director level experience managing multiple departments or 5+ years of director level experience managing a single department
  • Strong Rooms and/or Food and Beverage background

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working at resort properties
  • Hilton brand experience
