Director of Housekeeping (Maintenance)
Located in the heart of World Golf Village, Westminster St. Augustine, a Life Plan Community, is currently accepting applications for the position of Director of Housekeeping to work on a full-time basis. This individual is part of the leadership team and reports directly to the Executive Director. This position is responsible for directing the Housekeeping program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the community by performing duties personally or through subordinates. The overall responsibilities of this position make a significant impact upon the quality of our resident's living experience.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification as Executive Housekeeper preferred.
Physical and Environmental Requirements: The physical activities of this position involve: Balancing, Kneeling, Reaching, Crouching, Pulling, Standing, Manual Dexterity, Pushing, Stooping, Grasping Lifting up to 40 lbs.
Sensory and communicative activities with or without prosthetics of this position are: Feeling, Smelling, Hearing, Speaking, Seeing
An individual in this position will be exposed to: Inside/Outside environmental conditions, bloodborne pathogens, respiratory infections
Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress of this position
