ERP Specialist (Finance)
The ERP Specialist will assist in implementing and training on our ERP system. This includes learning the solution, assisting our team in gathering and reviewing business practices and existing data, configuring software, training end users on the software and writing status reports. The Implementation Specialist must be proactive, self-starting, professional, able to travel, willing to work extra hours and strive for consistent high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
ERP System Implementation and Maintenance:
Work alongside the accounting and operations team to implement the ERP system across multiple regions.
Monitor systems and ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
Administer ERP launch, testing and processing improvements.
Assists with day-to-day maintenance as well as testing for modifications.
Provide required documentation for tasks including standard operating procedures and user protocol.
Effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Identify and recognize when risks and issues need to be escalated.
Deliver training in person and remotely for staff members.
IT Support:
Analyze and provide recommendations for the improvement and growth of IT systems including automation, processes/procedures, while adhering to best practices.
Ensure timely support, service and communication to all employees for hardware, software, telecommunications, and networking.
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
Manage acquisition and maintenance of assigned IT equipment for all staff.
Set up workstations and/or new computers for staff
Repurpose older equipment to be used by staff, returned to storage, or responsibly recycled.
Provide training to staff members on use of equipment, software, or applications.
Manager assigned logins for employee access to systems.

Proven Experience:
A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
Ability to work with any level employee to accomplish project goals
Must be highly organized and flexible.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in a concise, logical manner so that users can absorb and retain
Knowledge of ERP systems are required
Qualifications:
Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations
Ability to travel and have flexible working schedule as required per demands of assigned projects
